The property was really nice and clean, everything was perfect but to point on main things - Location: perfect as long as you have a car, it’s just in front if the cable car but if you want to go to and from the city center frequently then you might struggle - cleanliness: perfect - Food: all the meals was great, actually I loved the idea of serving limited number of dishes but doing it in perfection. Our stay was bed and breakfast but it ended up having all meals there. Hospitality: I feel really sorry that don’t have the names to make my comment more personalized, but I would like to express my gratitude to the host who was really nice getting my late call to help me locating the hotel. I would like also to thank the two nice ladies on the breakfast shift on Saturday 23 December, they was really helpful providing me with touristic suggestions and never failed to help me which was really appreciated (I hope my message reaches them)

Breakfast - is served in the open (for public) restaurant in way that you have one free meal and one free drink from menu list. If you need water, more bread, anything else - you need to order it (and pay). On Saturday it took 25 mins from ordering breakfast to delivery. But the meal was always very good. Its on busy spot - if you keep your window open during night - surely you will notice a lot of noise (early tourist starting at 5am (and talking :-), garbage truck at midnight, a few cars...)

Good, comfortable accomodation, at the very entrance to Tatra NP. A bit expensive, but good, and at great place.

Breakfast menu was a bit awkward for a solo traveller, as you would rather have a selection of items rather than e. g. one gigant portion of pancakes which is obviously meant to be shared.

Fantastic place with sky windows and separate very cosy living room and bedroom. Great food at the restaurant and perfect location for hiking. Easy to reach with mini bus. Market downstairs.

Nothing to dislike! This place has been carefully designed, the team running it are excellent, and the food is great. :)

This was an absolutely brilliant stay! The rooms were much more spacious than the photos showed (we stayed in the top floor, with the slanted ceilings, which were not a problem at all, as the room was far larger than we expected!), with lots of big windows to let in the light and fresh air. The bed & sofa bed were both very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was super clean, and there was a handy fridge, kettle, and mugs & tea in the room. Also two smart TVs, which was really great to have! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always finding time to help us even when it was clear they were very busy with the popular restaurant downstairs. :) Breakfasts were great & HUGE, enough to feed several people haha! My one and only request would be to maybe add a vegan option at breakfast, such as hummus on toast, or porridge with vegan yogurt, as all the breakfasts were big delicious healthy meals for hiking folks- lots of egg, bacon, cheese, sausages etc, and while the lovely staff tried to change something to be vegan for me (potato cakes), they turned out to have cheese inside them too. The location was unbeatable, right at the beginning of so many wonderful trails, directly beside the cable car, and a quick walk or bus into Zakopane centre. You can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner on-site, and they even have a very useful small shop for snacks and essentials too! We absolutely loved our stay, and look forward to returning, thank you to the team running Gościniec Kuźnice! :)

We arrived early and they rushed to get room ready, which was wonderful. We didn't expect it. There is heaps of road works going on and if I had not done the research then it would of been hard for travelers in a car as construction everywhere. But it was wonderful and Anita was brilliant

The cable car was closed until 24/5 for maintenance and no taxis were permitted to use the short road up to the village whilst improvements are being made to the infrastructure. We would still choose to stay here again as we loved the location.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and our room was clean and spacious with views of the mountains. Friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast. We did some fabulous walks that started minutes from the hotel. When we left the hotel manager gave us a picnic and a lift to the taxi rank to take us back into Zakopane for our bus back to Krakow.

The truffle Omelette was not good, was like dry and inedible

The place is really beautiful, the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and are doing their best to keep the guests satisfied. The hotel is situated in a National Park, 50 meters from the cableway which takes you to K.W. peak. If you want to visit the town though, you must take your car. Maybe there are no many bars and restaurant in the area, but that's alright, maybe the hotel restaurant could be open bit longer than 4.30, but again, that's a minor issue if you know it in advance. PS We had to leave a day earlier, and the stuff was nice to provide us some bag with fruit sandwich and water. Thank you.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Value for money proposition is out of this world. Highlights: - superb breakfast included in the already reasonable price - warm and cosy apartment - restaurant and grocery shop directly in the hotel - private parking - after 6 pm the there is barely anybody in the area , so peaceful and quiet - friendly and helpful staff .... They'll also give you some free food and drink when you check out which was a very welcomed bonus :)

Well, at the beginning staff behaved strangely and not welcoming us very well. Then my son was given outdated blueberries with "pierogi" and WiFi did not work for few hours for us. After this experience most changed - people were nice, food also good and WiFi worked, but the first impression was a bit weird....

The location is amazing for treks to Tatras, lift to Kasprowy Wierch.
