Air conditioning wasn’t working, very hot in the rooms and the table fan was broken, made sounds like a helicopter and moved around the table when in operation.

We paid for a 3 adults room. In the description, it was written 3 beds longer than 2 meters and also on the hotel photo, it was 3 normal adult beds. But we got 2 adult beds and one bed (for kid maybe), rhe last one was less than 2 meters long and really less confortable. The mattress was twice thiner as the other. My friend slept with his feet out of the bed, imagine... The staff said it's normal like that and they can't change it. See photo We would recommand to the hotel to change the description, to be transparent A partial refund would be appreciated for this inconvenience. Location is a bit far but there are some public transport within 7 min walk

Very functional so pretty basic. Basic air conditioning which took a while to get going. Location wise - thankfully Berlin is really well serviced by public transport as the location of the hotel is pretty 'out of it'. But really well serviced by tram stops literally minutes away.

Very functional (not in a bad way). Cleanliness was pretty good. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Very good transport links.

The toilet no longer has slippers. Please edit your website The phone didn't work for us. The distance from the hotel to the city center was a little far.

The surrounding wasn’t well kept. Smoking area was filthy and every morning and night there was this sewage smell taking over the bathroom and corridors. It wasn’t fixed even after I reported. No ironing table or electric iron in the room neither was there water heater or tea/coffee making materials in the room.

The room wasn't clean enough. There was dust on the shelves and under the bed. I also had this accident with my wallet, I left it in the room when I checked out. In the evening of the same day I went back to the hotel to find out if they had found my wallet, but I had to wait until the morning to find out. I had to book the room again, but a few hours later I got a message in the booking app that my wallet had been found (how did they find it out? lol). Anyway, it's a bit weird that you have to wait until the morning to get your forgotten stuff.

Overall it's nice place to stay. The bed was really comfortable. There is a shop in the hotel that works 24/7 which is really comfy in case you need to buy some basic stuff.

The items in the vending machines by the reception area are a bit overpriced. I was going to get a snack but decided against it.

I like the value for money and I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs.

Unfortunately there is no kettle to make tea or coffe nor glass/cup. The hotel is not close to the city center but you have frequent trams and local bike system.

Rooms are clean and spacious, beds comfortable and wifi is flawless. Good value for money.

Shower needs fixed it didn’t work properly. The shower head didn’t stay in place but an easy fix.

The restaurant has nice interior but it was a bit expensive for what it offered.
