I stayed for two nights and have been badly bitten - I think it must have been from ants. There were lots of ants on the work surfaces in the kitchen and I have come away with many very painful and raised bites! Also, please provide pillows with a bit more body to them - the ones in the room I stayed were very thin and weedy and did not support for a good night's sleep.

Easy access via the key box, good communication, very quiet room and area (although there very few other people staying whilst I was there), good to be able to use the coffee/tea/sugar/milk from the kitchen - thanks.

The woman doing the admin is very, very unprofessional I called to confirm the same room booked on Booking.com for my second stay at the property and she tells me she can't guarantee that room as someone else's booking may overlap into my booking? I had booked the ensuite bedroom some time ago and this woman has no idea how a booking system works! Needs to up her game or people will go elsewhere

Staff attendance via phone call. Also, there is need for a hanger for clients to hang clothes...even if its a door hook.

The postcode is not on Google map. Staff tried to provide directions which was helpful. I asked her to guide me on how to open the key box, she promised to call back to explain but didn't. I was out in the cold fondling with it before I managed to gain access.

The fact that you don't know how to get in and I stood outside for a few minutes in the bad weather waiting for someone to answer the ring doorbell to let me in.

Corby guest house is just that ...a normal house in a normal street. You share a sitting room, communal toilet and shower on the ground floor and a kitchen you can use to cook. Once you have stayed here once and know how it works it's all good. I would certainly there again.

The room did not have wardrobe and cardboards. If you want to stay long and unpack your suitcases you will have a struggle. Otherwise, if you here for a night or two traveling very light, great place to stay in. The most cheapest in the Corby area, and very clean.

Was not made aware it was technically a shared house & the host was not on site but greeted via a ring doorbell where instructions for access were communicated. This made my daughter & I feel vulnerable, had I have known I would not have booked.

The accommodation was comfortable and the ensuite was beautiful. The owners were not there at the time but they made sure we arrived and got in and settled via text, which was perfect. We booked last minute and the value for money was exceptional. I would highly recommend l.

So noisy! A group of exchange students were also staying and didn’t go to sleep until 1am and were awake at 6.30am! I would’ve thought they could have told me this before my stay and I could then have made a choice to stay somewhere quieter.

The other guests are noisy. I didn’t get much help sorting out the heating & so I spent a good majority of my night frozen, so uncomfortable. I didn’t get the host to show me around & let me know how things work. Was only given the code to the key safe & directed through the call which way to my room

The accommodation is in a quiet location, away from all sorts of noise pollution. Plus there’s park directly outside
