The hotel was perfectly located for me to attend the SEC for an exhibition / conference! It was about a 12-15 minute walk to the SEC from the hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful! food was good, well cooked and nicely presented! rooms were comfortable and the wifi connection was excellent!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was very clean and easily accessible. I enjoyed my breakfasts and had a really tasty evening meal on arrival.

Unfortunately, the mattress in my room was very lumpy in the middle and the springs seem to be past their use-by date! It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room, rather than having to fetch from a shared space.

Very clean. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Lovely modern bathroom. Heated towel rack was a luxury.

Difficult to find. Had to pay over $50AUD for parking which bumps the overall price up. Without paying for parking, it’s exceptional value for money.

The bed was very small, more like a wide single bed. The room was small without enough room for two small suitcases. The bathroom was private as stated but was not attached to the room but down the corridor. The owner told us the on Booking.com “private bathroom “ meant not en suite . This is NOT correct, we have stayed in rooms previously with bathrooms not attached to the bedroom but this was stated. We staying in an Ibis at the moment which states private bathroom and it is en suite.

Unfortunately the caravan was not clean, no one had hoovered, cleaned the toilet areas or removed coffee stains from the side. The oven needs to be replaced as it is not fit for purpose, gas ovens belong in the stone age. It took over 1 hour to cook a meal which should have taken 12 minutes.
