“My wife and I had decided on the spur of the moment to visit Chichester and go to the theatre, stay the night and return home. We found the George and Dragon on Booking.Com. It was ideal, very close to the theatre and it's car park. After the play (matinee) we booked in. Our room was not actually in the pub but in an annexe at the back which meant the noises from the bar were inconsequential. It was perfect, in that we could easily walk into town and have a pleasant Chichester evening. The following morning we had a full English breakfast in the bar and set off for home replete. Just the job.”
