The location was excellent. There were restaurants and other shops close by. Free parking out the back was very convenient.

Bathroom is quite small, carpeting of the room looked a bit cheap.

Room was spacious, the building was beatiful. West Glasgow is a good place to stay and visit in general.

Overall a bit expensive, and beds not most comfortable. Big dips in mattress and spring popping.

Waited 1 hour 20mins for our evening meal, however the food was great.

Perfect location for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and also made sure we had a car park space, even drove my car into the space for me.

No label to show rebounding only boarded. Misleading which hotel.

Gluten free station. Unfortunately close to normal bread etc and other guests didn't see or didn't understand should be a gluten free area. One lady opened her Weetabix at table and left crumbs all over area. And someone used the Gluten free bread bin as a holder for the normal breadwinner lid.

Shower was very very small and the bed was tiny. We got an executive suite and it was a really small double bed which was very uncomfortable. No water given in the room. Check in at 3pm is too late. We arrived at 2pm and asked even if we could pay extra to get in just to get changed for a function and were told no.

we went downstairs for food at 5:30 as we had an hour till we have to leave for a concert. unfortunately we had to wait 50mins for our food. the staff were lovely, and helped to get it out. but the food was mediocre. The chips were cold, lasagne was bland with way too much cheese. we were compensated for our drinks and lasagne. I'm thankful that the staff were great.

The room was lovely, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely, also the Breakfast was great, good amount of choice.

Demanding £100 deposit against damages. I am not a child and will not return to a hotel which will try to steal your money.

The smell of the bathroom

The room was ok, however the smell in the bathroom was terrible.

Very small areas and very awkward to get around the property as wasn’t well sign posted (small spaces). Lift was absolutely awful, took at least 10 minutes waiting for it with our suitcases both times when it is only 3 floors up. Lift also shut on me and hurt my already injured shoulder with the force as I was walking in the lift (it gives you about 5 seconds to walk in the door after allowing those in the lift already to come out). After 5 hours of travelling for a concert that started at 6.30, we arrived at 3.05 to be told our room was not ready. This was extremely disappointing as it was a 3pm check in - we both had to get ready and to our destination by 6 and were stressed trying to get ready after not getting in until 4. Room was nice but due to no air conditioning it was extremely hot and uncomfortable, we tried opening the window but due to the hot weather there was no air (not the hotels fault). Room was very small, smaller than expected to the point we kept walking into things trying to just move. Shelf in bathroom was hanging off the wall, cups for tea/coffee were very dirty and one was completely cracked which the reception kindly changed for us. TV didn’t work like it says - the only channel that worked was the news and when trying to change it took about 5 minutes to load and wouldn’t then turn off. I could not fault the staff, they were extremely friendly and very professional - always smiling and there to help.

Location was great, lovely outdoor area to enjoy drinks. Room was a good size with 3 single beds which was ideal for us. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t have any but breakfast looked good as we passed by in the am

I didn't like the bathroom, (room 314) The bathroom has no working extraction fan, it's very small , the steam makes everything a bit slippy, didn't see a bath mat for inside the bath, the shower pole is broken and the shower head leaks from the handle too The toilet flush handle isnt the greatest either, need to push 3-4 times for a flush and is a bit loose

I liked the location, as it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle, and close to the hydro, where we was headed on the sat night The staff, were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy, the room was a decent enough size too The beds are so comfy , and give a good night's sleep Plenty of storage if you were staying a while

Couldn’t bring your own food in or would be charged £30 if caught. £10 for tray ( room service). Bed was too hard so didn’t sleep well. Room was very hot and window hardly opened.
