A lot of noise -loud music, voices- from the property below on the Friday night of our stay. This continued until at least 3am and it was impossible to sleep until after things died down.

Exactly what we needed for our stay. Great location and parking is always a big plus.

The host gave nice information how to get in and where to find the keys was very impressed when we walked in a how clean and the window was open for fresh air nice and clean when we got in and a nice bottle of white wine this was a nice surprise too the wine was lovely and cold has this was in fridge nice solf beds too,washer ,dishwasher, loads of plates and utensils coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster and kettle like home from home.

Parking little away from residence and difficult to find. Beds are small. Even double bed is too small for a couple. Difficult to climb 2 floors if someone has mobility issues or heavy bags.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the parking wasn’t made very clear by the staff.

The location was great! The property was lovely and clean, it was spacious and had a homely feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped.

It was very hot in that top floor flat & as one room facing the street a bit noisy till after midnight. Instructions for washing machine would be useful

Super clean, well decorated, modern decor. Sofa bed comfortable too. All appliances new & in excellent working order. When asked for another fan it arrived v quickly, thank you. Complimentary coffee for machine was lovely.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable to sleep on, small double so only suitable for 1 adult really. Kitchen tap broken (still functional) but a bit annoying.

Noise from gulls was unbearable thru the night. A quiet room selection shouldn't have been possible at this accomodation. Host took a whole day to reply to a text about thermostat during the stay

We were two friends staying there and the sleeping arrangement was good (one big bed and one smaller bed) but as a couple the bigger bed is not that big.....

Apartment 2 is on the upper floor so quite a few steps but the young lady also carried my bags up for me ❤️ This was my error as didn't read info properly. It wouldn't put us off but if you have a lot of luggage and are not able bodied it could make a difference. Big plus was parking. The car park was quite small and the road leading up was very narrow and lots of parked cars to negotiate. As far as we could tell you can't access the apartment from the car park? It's not far to walk around but with bags etc. The entrance is on yellow lines but there were parking spots further down if you were lucky. One very minor point was there was only a mirror in the bathroom. Another one in the living room to do hair and make up would have been handy especially as we were off to a wedding. Again wouldn't be a deal breaker.

The location is excellent. Facilities in the apartment were all you needed. It was large and airy. Lovely and clean and beds were comfy. We only stayed to go to a wedding but it's an ideal holiday apartment for a longer visit. 5 minutes walk to the harbour and Ffestiniog railway. Lots of local shops where you can get all you need. We forgot to take milk and the lovely young lady from the restaurant was more than happy to give us some to make a cuppa on arrival. Coffee and sugar for the coffee machine was provided along with cleaning stuff. Portmeirion was a 10 minute drive away. The correspondence with the owner was excellent. All the information you need was sent well in advance with offer of help on anything you may require. Would definitely stay here again.

It's not really a dislike just a heads up that there are two flights of stairs to flat 2 (one flight to flat 1) so not for anyone with mobility problems

The appartment was spacious, spotless and in a great position in the town centre. We were so pleased with it we intend to book it again next year if not sooner. It seemed to us that no expense had been spared in ensuring that everything we needed was there.

Not really negatives, but just missing corkscrew and kitchen roll. Apart from that, kitchen had everything needed.

Nicely fitted out apartment, good use of space, clean, surprisingly quiet despite being on a main street. Nice Kitchen, great bathroom, and plenty sleeping space. All in all a great place to stay.

Arrived and the property smelled musty even though it looked immaculate and windows open. Discovered the source old towels and a sock in the washing machine, made me question the cleanliness.

Great location 30mins from Zip world and 30mins from Rhyd-Dhu and the Ranger Path for Snowdon when driving. Apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed including a dishwasher and washing machine, coffee facilities and a local supermarket a walk away. There is a restaurant directly below that does pizza and pasta if you don’t want to cook and ciabatta sandwiches during the day.
