Outside reception was a pile of vomit which was there from when I arrived on Friday till we left Monday this made me feel sick every time we went into and out of the property I was also let down with the room as on the site there was a photo of a pitch view which I thought we where getting instead I got a view of the side of the casino this left me disappointed as I spent a lot of money we then went back to the hotel on the Sunday for some dinner and was told the restaurant was closed with no real explanation why ,we had to go out and get a KFC and bring it back which was embarrassing.

I was disappointed as the room wasn’t a reflection of the picture. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The room was cold and the toilet smelt of sewage

Have stayed here before on several occasions, this time i was told i'd be on "new mezanine floor", my room was quite a long walk to get to, firstly a lift to floor 1 wich was lovely and warm then stairs upto the mezanine floor wich was noticably a LOT colder, in the corridoors AND in my room (wich was located half way round the stadium). I couldnt get the heating to blow warm air so jist switched it off. I noticed one room being given plug in heaters so i assume there was a maintenance issue. However it was snowing outside so its to be expected to be able to get warm in a room. I was also upset to have been charged £10 for parking, i've not had this before from what i remember and i could have just parked in the casino next door for free (even though hotel receptionist insisfed they'd charge me).

Desperately needs a refurb. Stained and worn out carpets, badly patched holes in the wall in the room. Non-Working showers etc. Not at all what you would expect from a Hilton Property.

Hotel ok but lacked ambience . Parking charges meant to be 8 pounds a day should be free upped to 10 pounds a day . Restaurant / coffee bar shut directed to sports bar .

Hit and miss with staff, didn't even know which bar was open so sent us away only to find out it was open. Breakfast closed really early so caught us out but no offer of a tea or coffee even though all the food and drinks were still out. Not impressed

Bathroom and the air con not working in the room

Very good and comfortable stay, bathroom could have been better. View from the room was amazing on to the pitch. Air con did not work but the staff helped in opening the door a little for ventilation. Amazing breakfast and generally satisfied with my experience

I had to change rooms as the Air conditioning sounded like a tractor, it was so loud reception could hardly hear me on the phone. Reception acted quickly and moved me to another room. Carpark view instead of pitch view.

Marianne was fantastic in the Restuarant very helpful as myself and my daughter and friend all have walking issues she is caring and attended to all our needs also Charlie was very helpful. The only criticism is that the rooms we were allocated were very far away from reception and this was a problem due to mobility issues

1: Check in. Rude staff member on check in & tiresome at 11:30pm. Said we hadn’t booked breakfast when we had. I explained this & he just went on & on about it being £32 for the three of us!! I found my booking confirmation, clearly it wasn’t enough to see it, he insisted on me emailing it to him. 2: Car park, you have to move from Car Park A to Car Park D, further from entrance in pouring rain. Not the end if the world, our friendly staff member then starts batting on about ensuring we park exactly between two lines or we will be on camera & charged (despite there being about 3,000 empty spaces). 3: Beds uncomfortable. Overall, it just felt like the hotel wanted to squeeze extra money out of you.
