My key card kept giving problems and I had to go to reception several times to get it re-done. As I was on a high floor it was inconvenient.

Great location, great price, but it is a small room with a bunk bed above the top of the main bed. Big enough for a night, but, BUT, the toilet is pretty much a cupboard, very very small, no extractor fan. If you can cope with that then I would recommend .

Couldn’t do more than one night in this hotel, was rundown but didn’t expect much for the price. Breakfast was misleading, online was saying it was included but it wasn’t. Had to pay for car parking but that was also to be expected.

no actual bathroom, so i‘d imagine this being uncomfy when not travelling alone. the room was not really clean but it worked.

I was sent a parking fine by parking eye, even though I signed my car into hotel and paid my parking on leaving next day not happy.

It was not value for money and parking prices was really high. I would suggest that in this prices the parking can be accommodate and many more.

Maybe provide a chair with a back rest and a kettle, milk and some ingredients for those who like a hot drink in the morning.

The room had a television and a desk and a bed which is what I needed, I liked the view out onto old Trafford and Salford Quays, there was no sound or distractions whilst I was in the room and bedding and towels were changed each time I had been out, and the shower was lovely and warm.

Nothing significant. We got what we paid for.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but the water pressure is excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff Helpful.

There was very little selection for breakfast. Also it was the first budget hotel I've stayed in with no bar, although there was a vending machine.

That certain things weren’t available in the room or included with price, there was no hot breakfast which i found a little disappointing and i had trouble communicating with the staff when i arrived and on the night desk because they didn’t understand when i was asking for plasters or a first aid box, but we got there eventually i just think that it was poor of the staff no to understand my question/request

The toilet and shower were separate in pods/small rooms which felt a bit tight.

Good location for us as we were attending the football. Comfy bed. Basic room but ideal for the money.

Room was exceptionally hot. Wasn't peak summer or exceptionally sunny and the room was over 25 degrees despite opening the window during the night meaning from 4.30am the room was bright as no curtains only blind (which didn't work with window open.)

Quick and easy check in, great no frills room Fantastic price of £34 for one night stay as was only using the room to sleep.

The parking situation is very wrong. When we asked about why we should have to pay for blue badge parking, we were told those spaces are priority spaces but we still had to pay. Disabled spaces are not just priority, they are necessity and should be treated as such. On street or pay and display anywhere else would be recognised as the necessity they are for someone like me who struggles to walk and I would dearly love to be able to park somewhere else and walk but I can’t. The lack of actual separate bathroom was a bit weird but saves on space so I get it.

Breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfortable tho pillows were like concrete.
