Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomYou were supposed to be able to control the TV with your phone and it didn’t work. We told reception but it did take them a while to come and sort it out. Breakfast took a while and my partner then didn’t have time for a shower before checkout but it was busy and they were very apologetic even though I didn’t complain. It is pricy but it was a treat.
The hotel was lovely and it’s one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. We stayed for a gig at the AO arena so the location was brilliant. There was everything you needed, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, fridge etc. The shower was great and I liked the speaker in the bathroom. The toiletries were really good too. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff in the dining room were lovely and so attentive.

From the location (AO Arena and Train Station), it was perfect. Honestly nothing not to like about this hotel or the stay. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was on a higher floor and was very clean, quiet and well equipped. I was quite an expensive room for one night, but you get what you pay for so I have no complaints - will be back the next time we are in Manchester.
