I liked everything about the hotel except when we turned up for buffet breakfast at 10:35 (they serve till 11) for one member of staff look at her watch as she was walking towards me & proceeded to tap her watch when she got to me. She also started to clear the breakfast things up at 10:50. I found her quite rude & abrupt. Surely if they serve till 11am then everything should be left out until that time.

The location, such a funky hotel, 15% off drinks in the bar if you were staying in the hotel. That’s such a nice touch. The staff were great.

Breakfast was only fair. Sausages hard and hot food was only just warm. Some staff weren't very helpful because they were "busy" or didn't know how to help, but didn't find other staff that could help.

Walls are thin so you hear everything. Beds are hard however that may just be a personal preference.

The room had an interior adjoining door that we were unable to lock. This made it feel insecure. It also took a while to work out the AC - some instructions would have been welcome. The ceiling could also do with a paint to make it look more finished.

The location was fantastic. The ease of checking in and out was a big perk. The sound insulation was ok.

It was very quirky and different from other places I’ve stayed in also love the variations in mirrors and the ease to help your self to coffee and tea! Great products of soap, shampoo and conditioner included. Overall a great experience!

I thought I had booked a double bed room, but there were twin beds. It would be good if there was a tissue box. I paid extra 10 pounds for a window, but the size of the window wasn't worth it.

Breakfast was very good. Croissants and pan au chocolat were fresh and variety of food available.

Brilliant hotel! It isn't my first stay at the hotel, and would highly recommend it for anyone thinking about staying. Staff go above and beyond, and are incredible professional and kind. A wonderful, wonderful hotel!

We couldn't figure out how to switch the extraction off, so it was a little difficult to fall asleep.

Awful pillows. Dreadful Couldn’t work out/turn off the fan/air con Table and stool in bedroom not great for working but ok for a very short time. I suppose if I were sharing the bed it would have been quite a caper for one of us to get in or out.

Best vegetarian breakfast options I have seen anywhere, ever. Tofu hash, veggie sausages with no need to request one specially, shakshuka, etc. really good! Loved the decor Nice products in the shower etc Super helpful staff Great location

We didn't have any issues.

The hotel is a short trip from Piccadilly Station, so it was nice and easy to get to with our heavy bags! Check-in and check-out were smooth, all completed via screens at the front with a friendly staff member nearby to help you out. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside, very art deco with an industrial touch, and clean. There is a bar in the reception area with plenty of seating, perfect for a nightcap, and there are options to rent umbrellas or portable phone chargers if needed. The rooms are accessed via a spacious lift, and hallways are well signposted so it's impossible to get lost. We booked a King Room with a window for my partner's birthday, which was clean, well laid out, and just big enough for the two of us. The bathroom was up a step, but there are accessible rooms available. The shower was a walk-in cubicle, with options for a rainfall shower or a shower head, and shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash are provided for use, as well as lotion, handwash, and towels. A hairdryer, irons, and ironing boards are also available, as well as a safe. Mission Control are reachable via Whatsapp for any issues. The bed was comfortable, we both agree we had a lovely couple of nights' sleep. All in all, can't fault it. We had a great time, and hope to return soon.
