After travelling via train for a few hours, we landed in Rome and the roads were unfortunately all blocked off due to a race. The host was so gracious and stayed late to check us in. He was so kind and accommodating, which made our check in such a great experience after having an unfortunate time making our way to the actual Airbnb. For what you pay, the suite is fantastic! Perfect location, modern, and clean! Would definitely come back here.

The room was very spacious, we had a sofa and a bed, place for 3 suitcases, a nice coffee table and a big bath with shower and 2 sinks. On the same floor, next to our apartment there was a kitchenette with small fridge, coffee machine, plates and glasses, all you need to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine/tea in the evening! The location is perfect! Very close to Piazza Navona and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, but yet quiet in the evenings and not many tourists around. There are many restaurants, breakfast places (one is Antico Forno Monteforte - with delicious pastries), small supermarkets - just all you need!

It would have been good to have a kettle in the room however there was a small kitchen area on each floor shared between 2 rooms only with many snacks ,tea and coffee which was great

The room we were in was a bit small and the shower was small. We honestly didn’t mind a d had a great stay.

Friendly staff welcomed us and shared some helpful information. The rooms was small but we saw another room that was very big . Everything was clean. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. Everything you need just down the street. express groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, you name it !!

Amazing stay!! Great hospitality and communication prior our arrival. We felt taking care of. The room was specious and the shared area had comfortable chair which we could use when we checked out and waited for transport as it was raining outside. Every detailed is properly worked out. Coffee, tea and some snacks were a nice touch. Location is amazing- close everywhere.

The guy that greeted us kept on repeating not to smoke in the room. We knew the apartments policy, but nevertheless, I found it a bit rude.

There are no tea/coffee facilities inside the room however there is a common area on each floor close to the room where plentiful snacks and tea/coffee supplies are located .

A neighbor happened to be a bit noisy, and in an old building sound apparently travels well. The bed could have been softer, but this is of course a matter of taste.

The location is perfect, and the staff was very friendly. On one occasion, I needed to print a ticket which I had reserved, and the staff promptly printed it for me even fairly late in the evening. Also a definite plus was that on the day of the departure, I was able to use the public premises of the B&B for luggage storage and toilet use even after checking out.

The maximal temperature of water in the shower was a little bit low for my opinion. It was hot but not as hot as I like. A net for the window can be good addition. Because we felt like we wanted some fresh air but didn't want to left the window wide open. except that everything was awesome

It’s called a B&B but there is no breakfast - they stopped that during Covid. Staff are not onsite either, there is no reception. (They are however across the road so you can reach someone 24/7 by text message. Still, as a solo traveller I felt uneasy at first, sharing a floor with another room and no staff in the building I stayed for 9 days and by day 3 I felt completely at home and I knew I could always reach someone if I needed to.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the historical centre - best place to stay in Rome by far as you can walk everywhere. The Vatican is 20 min walk north-west, Piazza Navona 5 min walk east, the Spanish steps 25 min walk east, Trastevere 25 min walk south-east etc. Restaurants and boutiques are right outside your door but it is still quiet at night so you can sleep.

The only minor suggestion is to improve the lighting of the room with a softer light for intimate moments.

Very good daily cleaning, and new towels when needed. Polite staff. Good position. Nice complimentary amenities such as water and snacks. No fees for late check in. Booked on the same day for 5 nights with no issue. Great place!

Friendly staff, always ready to help in WhatsApp. Perfect location - 10 minutes to Vatican, 20 minutes to Trastevere. Bus stop to Termini station is 3 minutes walk. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and tidy room, separate kitchen on the floor with everything you need for light dinner or breakfast. No elevator, but we were informed about it before arriving. Air conditioning in the room.

It's located on the 3rd floor, no elevators due to being an old building. Other than that, everything else is great.

The location was ideal as it is walking distance to most of the historic iconic sight seeing. Close to a lot of food spots that are popular. Complimentary water and snacks in the apartment, great staff and service.

Lack of elevator. Though we were lucky to be in first floor of three-floor B&B

Great location, slick check-in, nice and friendly team of young boys and girls managing the front, super clean thanks to the housekeeping woman, well sized room, storage, clothes closet, and bathroom. Besides a generous common pantry sittting space.
