Menteş, the owner is an incredible host. He and his staff really put forth their best each day for every guest's experience. Menteş touched base with all guests who came down for breakfast. He is incredibly helpful, and even offered to accompany myself and my partner to purchase bus tickets. He and his staff went above and beyond! They were all personable and kind. The rooms themselves are stylish and VERY CLEAN! The space is used well, and I was able to unpack and utilize the closet and shelf spaces, which kept everything organized. The bathroom was well maintained, and the shower stall spacious. Water pressure was fantastic. We had a mini fridge which was incredibly helpful to keep our drinks cool. The A/C worked great. Additionally, all the shared spaces (lobby, garden, etc.) were also tidy and welcoming. Breakfast was filling and very fresh. Location was fantastic - central to incredible restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. Overall, this place is a wonderful "home" to come back to after exploring the town.

The bathroom wasn't too shiny, Yet, I wouldn't say not clean. The location is a bit noisy, but that's not the hosts to blame at all. You'll get the same conditions in every single building located in the center. Parking and driving a car is a real adventure. Just make sure you arrive before noon or in the evening, otherwise most of the paid parking lots could be full.

The authentic old building. The lobby, the rooms and the backyard are furnished with style but also adding a scent of the old times. The breakfast was delicious and plenty, served by the hosts themselves. We also had an extra portion of hot bakeries upon our request!

Nothing. We travelled by car as well, yes the streets are very narrow and any space you can find is where you park the car but that is the beauty of Ayvalik itself, narrow cobbled streets.

Fantastic boutique hotel, exceptional location just off the narrow cobbled lanes with lovely friendly hosts. The rooms are superb whilst Breakfast was lovely. If I was ever travelling through Ayvalik again this would be the first place I would try to book

Beautiful family owned hotel in the centre of the city nearby the coast and the restaurants.During the day you can take a boat trip just across the road from the hotel. Breakfast is tasty.The owners are polite and they will help you with all your needs and questions. Parking is just 20 metres away payable. All the best to mr.Mentes and the rest of the staff. Difficult to get to by car. The streets are very narrow. It's best to leave the car in the first "otocar" parking that you see and then walk.

The place looks excellent, it's comfortable, placed in the historical center and the host is very nice and helpful. One of the best places I have stayed in!

This is a fantastic hotel and they definitely made us feel like home. Everyone was so friendly. Great location. Walking distance from anywhere you may want to visit in Ayvalik. Breakfast was great and the bed was so comfortable. WiFi worked seamlessly. We recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back for sure.

The streets around very narrow, difficult to find a parking place.

A hidden gem, nice building decorated with a very good taste. Lovely inner courtyard where you can have a tasteful breakfast. Close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Last but not least, beautiful people. Selamlar Romanya'dan!

Only a little recommendations to add few wall hangers for the towels in the bathroom. Beside that all was perfect!

The staff was amazing! He tried to support us with any inquire, also supported me to rent a car. The room was located in front of a little cozy garden which is also used to serve breakfast (when the weather allows it). I highly recommend the stay!
