Positive section of review
The location is prime, very close walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff is super polite and super helpful, we felt like home with old friends. They did everything to make us feel welcomed and to help with every issue we had. There's a free parking 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is great, very big and traditional, a lot of little jars with different meals. My kids were very happy with and felt good overall.

This hotel is magical and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel gardens are perfectly manicured and our cave suite was out of this world… Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was delicious. The terrace is the perfect location to watch the balloons take off early in the morning too.

It was a shame that the terrace bar area wasn’t open as we would have enjoyed a tea or glass of wine up there!

Great location to nearly restaurants and attractions, very tidy family room, very welcoming, decent breakfast. Kids loved the swimming pools after hours of walking around this beautiful city. Mr Irfuk at the reception desk was always very helpful during our stay. Bottled water replenished daily.

Not much to say apart from having to wait more than 1 hour for a booked massage when their staff did not turn up.

The room smelt of lusty mould in carpet Badly Broken tiles around toilet Broken shower handle & hose Poor lighting in bathroom No shampoo or soap in shower bottles (empty) Rude female on reception & could do with wearing a uniform not a short tight skirt and joggers (it’s not a day at the beach) and she could learn some manners For a hotel managed by the Wyndham this hotel is a disappointment

the accommodation is a total disaster... I hope it's only because I was in the off-season . 1. the room door is extremely difficult to lock and unlock. you could see the gasket that was sticking out and the sound of the door closing or opening woke the whole house. 2. the refrigerator did not cool down at all even though I let it run continuously. until the morning he could not cool a bottle of water. if you have medicines or products that need to be kept cold, forget about such things. 3. when I entered the room, the housekeeper was leaving the room with the mosquito net from the balcony. later, every time I went out to smoke, I brought mosquitoes and other insects inside. 4. maybe the worst thing is the shower. it is broken, it leaks from all the seals and the pressure is non-existent. hot water lasted 3 minutes and then only cold water flowed. I had to rinse my head of shampoo with cold water. 5. in the morning I asked for a coffee. it is true that I received one for free, but it was not coffee. it was just a 3 in 1 instant coffee, very poor quality .
