They went the extra mile to help. The facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) were all world-class. If you like to work out, bring some gym shorts and shoes as the gym is very well equipped. Or just relax at the end of the day in the rooftop, heated pool as we did. The food was sublime. Breakfast offered everything you could want and dinner was magnificent. A new creative, delicious menu every night with a variety of choices.

Florin, the bartender, is an excellent and attentive host, always ready to enjoy you after ski, or after dinner! Highly recommended! Excellent breakfast with proseco served, and one of the best espresso /capucino ever !

Ski storage is also available. Amazing hotel that knows how to do things perfectly Breakfast was plentiful and stunning. Better than I’ve had at 5star hotels This place could teach them a lot. New rooms are so peaceful and quiet and ammenities excellent Just wish I had booked 2 nights Hopefully I’ll make it back another trip
