We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location for staying over after an event at the conference centre. The room was very clean and spacious. Loads of parking and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in the price and was perfect for a quick bite before heading home.

Not a good start to the customer

This was our first visit and we were met by very friendly staff and the check in was without trouble ,bar was open so we had a very nice G&T .our room was clean and warm ,We had booked a meal in the hotel for the evening ,,but it has a very limited menu ,so not much choice .our bed was a bit on the small size for two large people ,but had a comfortable mattress .Sofa bed for our daughter was very uncomfortable .
